In 2014, a standardized production base was established in the Jiujiang Hukou High-tech Park, marking a crucial leap from laboratory research and development to large-scale mass production. Relying on the independently developed core raw material tert-pentylbenzene, a full-chain layout of "raw materials - terminal products" was constructed. After two decades of accumulation, the company has undergone a transformation from "filling the gap" to "leading the industry". As of 2025, the domestic market share of Purong's 2-pentylanthraquinone is approximately 68%, making it the only domestic enterprise that has two complete fluidized bed production lines applied in Sinopec Hunan Petrochemical and Hengyi Petrochemical. It has vigorously promoted the large-scale application of 2-pentylanthraquinone in hydrogen peroxide production, establishing a technological leading position in the domestic market.
